When selecting the silver colour for a piece of jewellery, consider the recipient's preferences and the jewellery they already wear. If you're unsure, opt for the colour available in stock, allowing for an exchange if the chosen colour doesn't suit.

We offer jewellery in rose gold, yellow gold, and classic silver. For more information on silver colours and alloy compositions, please refer to our dedicated page.

You can personalise your jewellery by selecting the silver colour, stone colour or quality, the visible face of the stone on some dome rings (rosecut or table top), or by adding an engraving.

Please confirm the feasibility of your customisation with our team. We also invite you to explore our semi-measures and unique pieces for additional options. Note that customised jewellery cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Jewellery not in stock, whether customised or out of stock, typically takes about 8 weeks to be crafted. This time allows our team and partners to ensure the highest quality. For some items, this time may be reduced.

Our team will do their best to meet your requirements, especially for last-minute needs. While we can't always perform miracles, we strive to assist you as best as possible.

If the chosen jewellery is not suitable, you can exchange it within 15 days of purchase, adhering to our exchange and return conditions.

Each product page on our e-shop displays the specific packaging for the type of jewellery. Your order will include a certificate of authenticity.
