At Astral Joaillerie, all our jewellery is displayed in its original composition in rose gold, and sometimes in white or yellow gold, depending on the type of jewellery. We maintain a thoughtful stock to meet the demand of our valued visitors. If you wish to see a model with a particular stone colour or in a white or yellow gold version, it may not be permanently available. We will do our best to help you visualise the available options during your visit. Please contact us to check the availability of a specific product.
You can place an order either remotely via our e-shop or by contacting us directly. We want our customers to feel ready before ordering their jewellery. Our team can assist you during your visit, note down desired models for a later order, or guide you step by step remotely.
When you wish to place an order, we will summarise your order details, including size, gold colour, chosen stones, engraving wishes, and delivery method. The order is validated upon receiving the total amount, which can be paid remotely by bank transfer. You will receive the original manuscript voucher and a deposit receipt via email. This voucher will serve as your pick-up voucher when your order is ready. If misplaced, please bring a valid ID for authorisation.

We will verify all elements, such as colour, size, type of jewellery, and delivery method, before starting production or preparing the jewellery for shipment. Depending on availability and your needs, we will prepare your jewellery accordingly. We will inform you of the availability for collection or validate the shipment based on any constraints you have shared. The same team that assists you online is available for personalised support.
If an item is in stock when you order, we can ensure immediate or quick availability based on your needs. You can find the deadlines for provision/sizing and manufacture of our jewellery in the dedicated sections. If you require delivery, please choose the type that best meets your needs.
Jewellery not in stock is made according to your specified characteristics. You can pre-order it via our website or by contacting us. Manufacturing times vary depending on the item and can be found in the dedicated sections. For some items, such as those without stones, the manufacturing time can be shorter. There are three possible scenarios when placing your order:
- If the desired signet ring is in stock, it is available immediately in its standard, unengraved size.
- If a moderate size adjustment is required (2 sizes or less above or below the standard), it will be available within 1-2 weeks, unengraved.
- For sizes further from the standard or if the ring is not in stock, it will be made within 8 weeks of your order.
Adding personalised engraving will extend the delivery time by 4 additional weeks. If you order online, our team will contact you to confirm all details before starting production.

They cannot be reproduced identically and are presented with their own components, which cannot be modified or reproduced. Any unique piece ordered in a different size than offered or engraved cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- If the desired ring is in stock, it is available immediately in its standard size.

If the unique piece is not in stock, it cannot be reproduced identically. We can offer a similar version with a custom quote. The production time for a new piece is 8 weeks from the validation of the stone choice and estimate. Adding personalised engraving will extend the delivery time by 2 additional weeks.
